If you are not completely satisfied with your luxury cinematic experience, our team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all seating components are securely repacked in their original protective packaging and pallets to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized white-glove freight carrier to collect the items directly from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality assurance team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
